THE
Leadership For Real Life
QUIZ
Welcome!
Recently, superstar author and podcaster Mel Robbins asked me to chat about leadership. It’s what I study and teach for a living… I’m both an expert and a lifelong student.
Not the kind of leadership that comes with a title. We talked about leadership as a set of behaviors that can help us in all parts of our lives, including our workplaces and families. These are “everyday leadership” moments.
Maybe that’s what brings you here. There is someone on your mind. It could be a partner, parent, child, friend, co-worker, co-parent, or even a frenemy!
In my conversation with Mel, I shared some of my favorite tools for those moments, especially with people we love. The tools are less about “changing people” (trust me, I’ve tried) and more about “leading change.”
By the end of our conversation, Mel said she felt “lighter and more in control.” I want to share those resources with you.
